She was very enthusiastic and showed me step by step how to do it, she even helped me contact the owner to let me keep my things in the garage. Terrible experience with Kosal. He added a special condition in the Contract of Sale saying that the existing owners wanted to stay in the property for 12 months after sale. Convinced us that we were lucky and it is final. At settlement date, the owners left the property. When we asked what is going on. Kosal said we need a rental contract and that the condition of sale he added is not enough. Even though he told us 3 day ago everything is fine. He blatantly lied to us to get the sale done.
