Leasing Consultant

We have a NEW opportunity for a Leasing Consultant to join our close-knit team for an IMMEDIATE START.

Daily tasks include but not limited to:

  • Conducting private/open for inspections
  • Client management (landlords & prospective Tenants)
  • Handling enquiries from prospective tenants
  • Processing applications, including reference checking
  • Overseeing signing of leases with new tenants
  • Working closely with the Property Management Team, and also supporting Property Managers as/when required

Key requirements include:

  • Agent’s Representative Certificate
  • Current Victorian Drivers Licence and well-maintained motor vehicle
  • Immaculate presentation
  • Exceptional communication & problem solving skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Attention to detail
  • Live locally and/or have knowledge of the South Eastern suburbs

Sales Consultant

  • Have an Agent’s Representative Certificate
  • Have a current Victorian driver’s licence and own a reliable car
  • Have good knowledge of South Eastern suburbs (desirable)
